Build The Sustainable Enterprise
Welcome to a brief introduction to Southern Vermont College's dynamic, contemporary, professional practise-grounded Build The Sustainable Enterprise ("BTSE") program.
We are conducting our initial Kindle Project research only in BTSE courses since their use is consistent with not only the strategic knowledge orientation of the program, but also its constructivist learning pedagogical practises.
During the Fall semester, we are using Kindles inWorking & Learning in Virtual Environments, Ecological Economics, and The Networked Organisation.
In the Spring, 2010 semester, we anticipate using Kindles in most, if not all, of these course: BE120 Working & Learning in Virtual Environments, BE135 Current Environment of Globalism, BE225 Entrepreneurship in Virtual Enviroments*, BE248 eLearning Strategy and Development*, and BE280 Social Entrepreneurship.
Currently we are updating the web-based materials which discuss the latest innovations in BTSE. Here are some materials which (A) discuss elements of our Kindle research The Kindle Factor, Inside HigherEd, 16 June 2009, and "E-revolution Begins", The Rutland Herald, 21 June 2009, and (B) provide some general information about our BTSE program in our BTE brochure.
